Sundown Lake owners and their guests have access to the beach, shower house, park and wonderful peninsula that is a centerpiece of the lake. Playground equipment, pickleball courts and more amenities are being added every year.
In 2024, a new manager’s office and shelter is going to be added with additional restrooms near the beach and playground area. Lake Homes and Farms Realty office and storage facility is also located just north of this area.

Jason has been in the real estate business for over 20 years. He currently lives in Southern Iowa in a log cabin that overlooks Lake Sundown with his family which includes his wife and 5 children. Growing up in southern Wisconsin he developed an appreciation for the outdoors.
